CASSEROLES ARE COLLECTED ON SECOND THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH.

CASSEROLE RECIPE FOR ST. PATRICK’S CENTER
2 lb. bulk sausage
½ c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
4 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili power
2 1lb. can tomatoes
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
Brown meat; drain excess fat. Add onion and green pepper; cook till tender. Stir in macaroni and next 5 ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through do NOT boil.
